National Bereavement Partnership COVID-19 Hub is committed to safeguarding all of our clients, particularly the most vulnerable, by ensuring:

  • all volunteers and staff engaging with callers will be DBS checked

  • all volunteers and staff engaging with callers agree to abide by our policies and procedures 

  • all volunteers and staff engaging with callers know how to report concerns promptly and to whom

  • volunteers and staff who are reporting concerns are supported.

The National Bereavement Partnership provides a support helpline, counselling referral and befriending service for all those suffering from anxiety, grief or mental health issues as a direct or indirect result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
