Volunteer
We are always interested in hearing from anyone who wishes to volunteer with us. We welcome enquiries from counsellors

Qualified counsellors, Psychotherapists and relevant professionals.

Excellent listening skills and empathy

To have an open mind, non judgemental and the ability to not give an opinion

Previous experience of working with the bereaved (an advantage but not essential)

Previous experience of working a helpline (an advantage but not essential)

Reliable, self aware, conscientious and willing to learn in order to deliver an optimum service
If you currently hold an enhanced and in-date DBS check, you will be required to carry out a basic DBS check. If not, you are required to carry out an enhanced check.
